PAINT COLORS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE
A popular question in my DMs is what color is that wall? What color is that built in? Or another very common one, What white do you use?
Since I get a lot of questions about paint colors in our house I made a reel sharing them all. Purely for SEO purposes I’m making a blog post for people to refer to as well since not everyone vibes with Instagram.
+Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace for any white you see in our house. It’s a cool tone white and we use a semi gloss on the walls so it’s easier to clean.
+Sherwin Williams French Heather for our half bath door. This was a fun project for me with the wallpaper and the fun door color.
+Benjamin Moore Salsa Dancing for our accent wall on the drop zone. I wanted something fun and bold right when you walk in.
+Sherwin Williams Tricorn black for our garage door & front door (painting soon). I picked black because it doesn’t show dirt and goes with everything. If you have kids you know the struggle of white doors, whatever was I thinking.
+Benjamin Moore Cheating Heart for our front room built ins. I fell in love with this color from an image on Pinterest. It’s more blue in person in our house with lots of light. We had some left over paint from the built ins so we used it on the stairs and I think it tied in well with the carpet runner.
+Sherwin Williams Iron Ore for our basement ceiling. Jerek sprayed it and we love the look since we we hated the drop ceiling that was there before.
+Sherwin Williams Natural Linen for our basement door & all our bedroom doors. I like the contrast next to the white walls, plus its neutral for any future design purposes.
+Sherwin Williams Intricate Ivory for our full bath. It looks too warm/pink than we would like in person, but it does look nice with everything else in the bathroom.
I love how you can paint and it changes the whole vibe of a room.!
